Before any treatment begins, your specialist — with over 18 years of experience — will carefully examine your ears to determine whether wax is actually present. If no wax is found, you won't be charged a penny. We'll simply point you in the right direction.
Step 3 — Personalised Treatment

If wax is present, we'll use the most appropriate removal method for you — whether that's microsuction, irrigation, or manual removal. Every ear is different and your treatment will reflect that.
Step 4 — Leave With Clarity
